DAS Theatre class of 2026
Seven artists from seven countries meet on one podium in conversation with a sinking world. They sink.
They are friends and they plan how their funerals might look like. They wait for the return of Messiah- or fascism- whichever will come first. Do they have time? What time remains in the theater? What kind of resistance is still possible? What is there to hope for?
7 Artists Thinking in Constellations is a work-in-progress by the class of DAS Theatre 2026. For the first time in the program’s 30 year history, a complete class at DAS comes together to collaborate on a work. This presentation is a result of the first days of their collaboration with Monty and Casa Saga.
